Its always a good idea to get to know the other locals and maybe even speak with them in the tavern.Don't feel shy to ask them any questions you may have about the political on-goings in the kingdom, or their own backgrounds.
After having introduced yourself at the tavern, why not start your training? It doesn't take any prior knowledge to get your white belt. Just stop by the dojo
and make a post in the "White Belt" thread to get started on being able to
fight without weapons.
Head on over to the quest posting and take a gander at whats available. If you would like, you can take your time looking at the various quests by clicking on their token. To start however, you will want to take the lowest level quest(yellow star). This quest will set you up with some basic weapons and armor. Further instructions are available once you click on the token.
You already stopped by the capital to pick up you belt and introduce yourself in the Tavern. Having killed those blasted lizards, some of the other citizens should be aware of you by now. Why no head on over to the various provinces of Nocte to see what each land has to offer? The various lords all run their land differently, and they each offer unique experiences and opportunities.
If your HP(this is equal to your post count) is still below 35, spend some more time socializing in the tavern or speaking with the locals of the various provinces. If your HP is already 35 or higher, then its time to declare your basic class. Check out the list of classes first to know what options each basic class will alter open up to. Then declare your basic class in the appropriate thread.
By now you should be a bit more accustomed to the way that things work in Nocte. Continue on by completing the next two starter quests(orange star and red star).
Well done! By this point you have gained some funds, some weapons and even an orb(add to your weapon by PMing Billgar or Koku). Whats left? Everything! Now that you have some GC, explore the the Forge, Summons, and the Forest of Souls to see what various items they offer. Purchased items will go to your item vault. In addition if you want to save up your earnings, make sure to open a bank account(Currency conversions as well as other useful information can be found at the bulletin board). Shop in the market place and establish your trade, make friends and embark on grand adventures. The future is your and the possibilities are endless!
